About Us
We are a dedicated team of experienced clinicians providing comprehensive Autism and ADHD assessments for children, young people, and adults. Our assessments are conducted in line with NICE guidelines to ensure accuracy, quality, and care at every step.
For children and adolescents, we offer full paediatric Autism and ADHD assessments, including developmental history, ADOS-2, and other standardised tools. For adults, we provide specialised Autism assessments to help individuals gain understanding, access support, and improve daily functioning.
We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, professional, and family-centred approach with flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends, and timely reports following assessment.
Our mission is to make high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments accessible, reliable, and compassionate- helping every individual reach their full potential.
Our Story
As a Consultant Paediatrician, I am deeply committed to improving access to timely, high-quality care for children and young people. I firmly believe that no child should have to wait months or years to be assessed and supported for conditions such as autism or ADHD. Every child deserves prompt evaluation, compassionate understanding, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.

I have worked in paediatrics since 2010, following completion of my specialist training, and have developed extensive experience across both the NHS and private sector in Northern Ireland and England. My career has included roles within a number of highly respected institutions in the UK and internationally.

I previously served as an Instructor in Paediatrics at Boston University and as a clinician within the Developmental and Behavioral Paediatrics Department at Boston Medical Center, USA. In the UK, my experience includes positions at University College London, the Whittington Hospital Neurodevelopmental Centre, as well as in Paediatric Neurology at Great Ormond Street Hospital and at Queen’s University Belfast / Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children.
I have also undertaken further specialist training at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

With over 40 peer-reviewed international publications, I maintain a strong commitment to advancing clinical practice through evidence-based medicine, while delivering care that is both compassionate and patient-centred.

Recognising the growing demand for timely neurodevelopmental services, I made the decision to establish a dedicated clinic to better support children, young people, adults, and their families. I have seen first-hand the challenges caused by long waiting times and limited access to appropriate care.

In response, I founded Grow and Glow Clinic in the UK, with a clear mission to provide accessible, efficient, and high-quality autism and ADHD assessments. We offer remote consultations to patients across the UK, alongside in-person services in Belfast and London.

As demand continues to grow, we are expanding our services, with plans to open in Edinburgh and Manchester in the near future, and a long-term vision to extend into further cities across the UK.

Through this work, I aim to ensure that every individual receives timely, expert care and support, without unnecessary delay.
